I toss your head down and wrap my legs around your arms, trapping them. I move your right leg so that your shin points inward, I put your ankle in the back of your left knee and pull the leg down over your ankle, I slide my left hand through the gap between your legs and grab my right hand, pulling your right shin into my armpit and forcing your left ankle into your right knee. (I'm behind you) I arch my back and bend you backward, while hyperextending your shoulders, elbows, quads, left ankle, and right knee.

I move my body into your shin and spin into your back, bending your leg behind you (trapped between my body and yours) I move my other arm around your neck inverted guillotine style and pull you back wards, I throw you over my head and onto the ground while I roll back on top of you. Sinc my elbow was behind your knee it shut off blood circulation to your shin, wich is now asleep. (We're still in the same position as before I threw you, exept you're face first on the ground)
