Well you guys requested it, and here it is--our latest translation, thanks to Sayo! We might answer more translation-requests in the future as well.

This doujin was formerly called Karakishi--actually Karakishi Youhei-dan is the circle's (artist's) name (it means something like "Complete Mercenary Group"), and "Handmade Family" is the doujins title. Yeah, maybe it sounded cooler in Japanese...

Sayo has now translated Toushatei for us, a doujin I scanned a couple months back. Thanks, I hope you guys like it. Let me know what other doujins you want to see translated too.
